Custom bronze bushings
Bronze bushings come in metric sizes and can be straight or flanged. This tough bushing material can be used in a variety of applications. These bushings are suitable for oscillating movements in applications with low rotating speeds.
Lubricating solid bronze bushings with oil or grease not only improves the sliding properties but also reduces wear and prevents corrosion. Bushings with a bore diameter d greater than 14 mm have an axial lubrication groove in their sliding surface.
We also know that a Standard Bushing will not always work. As a result, we also provide a quote service for made-to-order Bushings that are “Machined to Print” or “Made from Sample.” To meet our customers’ needs, we accept drawings in a variety of formats, including.pdf, Word,.jpeg, and CAD files.
Depending on the type of Bushing required, we can use a variety of casting methods, alloys, and sizes to meet your specifications. C93200, C95400, and C86300 are the most common alloys used for customer bushings. But we’ve made bushings out of almost every type of bronze available. The alloy you select will be heavily influenced by the high load capacity, high speeds, axial loads, and operating conditions.

oil impregnated bronze bushings
Most of the oil-impregnated bronze bushings offered by bronzelube are made of bronze or similar materials and have a mineral oil impregnation of 18% to 20%.
sintered bronze bushings
DU the sintered bronze bushing is mold pressed under high pressure and then sintered under high temperature, and oil is soaked into the homogeneously spread tiny pores of the metal under vacuum. FU bushing can withstand dry conditions in medium speed and low load for some time.
